FAQ

1. ARE YOU SHIPPING WORLDWIDE?

As of right now, I only ship to the US and Europe.
I'm working on shipping fully worldwide.

The shipping costs will automatically apply at checkout.
If you are from Europe, please read further. I have a special process
for European customers who don't want to pay a fortune for shipping.

2. I'M FROM EUROPE AND WANT TO ORDER, BUT THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE TOO HIGH.

I'm offering a preorder special for European customers.
I visit my homeland Germany at least twice a year. You can preorder the products you want at checkout and I will bring your order to Germany with me and ship from there (shipping costs within Europe are way cheaper).
You will see the calculated delivery dates for the pre order at checkout.

I will announce updates regarding to when I'm going back to Germany in the future on Instagram story highlights "EUROPE CUSTOMERS".

3. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?

Products are shipped out 1-3 days after receiving your order. Within the US shipping normally takes 3 to 5 days.
Shipping to Europe takes about 1 to 4 weeks.
I offer next day delivery. That normally takes 1 to 2 days within the US and Europe.

If you preorder for Europe, I will send the orders out as soon as I'm in Germany. Shipping normally takes 2 to 6 days within Europe.

4. CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?
Jewelry, yes. Send me an email (sabrina@wildwood-witchery) within 2 weeks after receiving your order and I will explain the process further.


For other beauty rituals or skincare: I create each one with a lot of care and highest intention, which makes them nonrefundable at this time. Thank you for support and understanding.


5. WHAT ABOUT IF I RECEIVED MY ITEMS BROKEN OR DAMAGED?

Sometimes (rarely) items get damaged during shipping.
Broken or damaged items can be exchanged for a replacement item within 7 days of receiving your order.

Process:
Email: [email protected] with your name, the damaged product, picture of the damaged product and your shipping address.
The replacement product will be shipped out within 1 to 3 days.

6. I WANT A PERSONAL TAROT READING. HOW DOES THAT WORK?

Please make sure to fill out the sections with your full name and a reliable email adress, because I will send you your reading via email.

In the section "notes" please give me your birthday, birthtime, birth place and if you prefer the reading in English or German.

Also specify in the notes section if you have a particular question you'd like to ask advice on or if you want a special theme to be answered, e.g. current situation, love, friends, ..

After your payment I will interpret the cards for you specifically as soon as possible within the next 1 to 3 days. You will receive an email with photos of the cards I pulled for you and the individual meanings and messages for you in a pdf.

IMPORTANT:
The tarot cards reveal the subconscious, your emotions, feelings, shadows and light rather than future events. This is a common misconception about reading tarot unfortunately. 

 

7. CAN I ORDER A PERSONALIZED PRODUCT?

Yes you can - I can create a personalized piece just for you. That goes for jewelery or one of my holistic products like aura essence sprays, face steams, etc.

You can choose crystals, stones, color or certain herbs, scents, oils that you want. You can tell me what you need or what you want for healing and I will choose what might be best for you to support you.

Just contact me through email. Paying upfront will be necessary. It might take a few days or weeks longer depending on what you want.
