This elixir is a Californian mugwort tincture. The mugwort was collected in the forests of Big Bear Mountain + slow-brewed in honey mead for three moons.

Californian mugwort (Artemisia douglasiana) has a long history of use among Indigenous tribes of the West Coast. It is often called "dream sage", in German it's even known as "Traumkraut" which means dream herb ✨️

This tincture deepens dreamwork + supports lucid dreaming & dream recall (you will remember your dreams easier in the morning).
It also supports women’s health, menstrual flow + womb connection. It eases menstrual pain and balances your cycles.

🕯️ Ritual Use:
Take not more than 3 drops before sleep for dreamwork. Start with one drop.
Keep a dream journal nearby because mugwort speaks in symbols. ✨️🌙

For female health support take not more than 3 drops with intention during the day. Start as well with one drop and work yourself up to 3.
